In this course, you will learn and apply the skills used during each phase of the licensing process. You will also learn and apply the concepts and skills associated with identifying, collecting and documenting evidence. This course reinforces the “soft” skills that enable you to play the multiple roles of a regulator - educator, consultant, trainer, facilitator/communicator, and enforcer - sometimes all at the same time.
Note: This course is designed to provide you with core regulatory tools and methods that are likely to be applicable in most, if not all, jurisdictions. We recognize, however, that specific regulations are “locally based.” Throughout the training you will be reminded to learn more about the rules and practices that guide your own jurisdiction.
