NARA offers a series of fully prepared, fully scripted workshops that will allow agencies’ staffs to make polished, competent presentations, usually with little more than three to four hours preparation. The CD includes an Instructor’s Guide with complete instructions for preparation, session planning and presentation rehearsal, as well as any handouts, tools or reading lists associated with the package; some sessions will require the presenter to gather agency material for the exercises. While many agencies do not have full-time regulatory trainers, those that do will be able to rely on NARA-approved training in basic issues, leaving their own development time to be applied to designing courses and materials for agency-specific needs.
The NARA series intends to offer training packages on a wide range of topics, preserving and making available the knowledge and experience of many leading regulatory practitioners from across the licensing community.
