POLICY AND ADVOCACY

In recent years, interest has increased among governmental and advocacy communities in the concept of foundational national standards for child care and developing best practice standards for regulatory agencies. To provide leadership for the growing acceptance that the states’ implementation of program licensing requirements should be the foundation on which all additional quality enhancements are based, the NARA Board of Directors is pleased to announce it's most recent research and policy imitative. This effort is be funded by NARA’s Norris Class Research and Educational Fund.
